What is the Highland Neighborhood Association?
The Highland Neighborhood Association is a group of neighbors who work together to make Highland a better place for everyone. We help keep the neighborhood clean, safe, and fun by planning events, sharing important news, and speaking up for what our community needs.
Highland is the most diverse neighborhood in Shreveport—and we’re proud of that. No matter who you are or how long you’ve lived here, there’s a place for you in Highland.
